forlando Posts 1	Hey guys and gals, What are the options for the maxilla if the plan is removable with between 4 and 6 implants between the sinuses. The mandible is from 1st molar to 1st molar all crown and bridge. Thanks, Dr. Orlando

admin Posts 8	You could certainly think about doing 4 implants with locator attachments. It is really helpful if the implants are pretty close to being parallel. Keep in mind that the amount of vertical space available can be an issue. Locators allow about the least amount of vertical space necessary and I think that they give more flexibility.
